185 Grassy Plain Street, Bethel

A 72,000 sq. ft. existing building that sits on 20 acres of land in Bethel, CT. It was purchased by JAR Associates, LLC in 2020. At the time of purchase, the building was vacant and was in desperate need of a complete renovation. JAR took this single use building and sub-divided it into 4 modern tenant spaces. A complete new electrical service and gas service were brought to the building along with a new site plan that included a new parking lot, LED site lighting, new drainage and landscaping. The exterior of the building received a fresh coat of paint, new windows and doors were added, along with loading docks for the tenants. The interior space was completely designed to our tenants specifications with new wall and floor covering, new led lighting and electrical fit out, new HVAC Systems and new sprinkler systems.

The building has drawn a lot of attention. We are now approved for a 15,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing building and have future plans for a free standing ground up construction of a 72,000 sq. ft. building.

JAR Associates is proposing a 15,700 sq. ft. industrial building at the entrance of the Francis Clarke Business Park in Bethel, CT.  Although this is just conceptual at this time, the building would be complete with a loading dock, warehouse space, office space, water, gas, sewer, 277/480 volt electric service, sprinkler system, and fire alarm.

JAR Associates, LLC is proposing to develop 107 Vale Road in Brookfield, CT into Industrial Condominiums. This would consist of three new buildings totaling 73,000 sq. ft. all unit would have at least one drive in garage space, office area, restroom, mechanical and electrical needs.
